No warning letters without contacting me first

If you wish to assert claims of any kind relating to copyright, competition or trademark law, please contact me straight away to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, warning letters and costs. Should claims of this kind be raised, I already promise here to remedy the matter before any final legally binding settlement, in a way that bindingly rules out any risk of repetition. A lawyer's bill for a warning letter sent without contacting me first would be rejected for failure to mitigate damages. Warning letters and follow-up measures that are unnecessary or unjustified in this sense would be answered with an action for a negative declaratory judgment.

Dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
